I've never been a man for a moleskine, but let's just say I made a record I could refer back to and back up Simon's memory.

Lovely show. Very quiet -- not quite as quiet as Amor de Dias in another Islington pub at the start of the year, when you had to be more or less at Alasdair's feet to hear anything. But perhaps that's a good thing: when everyone else is listening intently, it helps me listen.

I was so gutted I missed this as it being an afternoon gig I could have made it there and back on the train but only realised it was on a couple of days afterwards by which time it was too late doh!
